Shipping Policy for Online Orders:

Note: For the purpose of providing the Services and for other purposes identified in this Policy, Skinfinity derma will be required to collect and host certain data and information of the Users. Skinfinity derma will be committed to protecting the personal information of users and takes all reasonable precautions for maintaining its confidentiality.

Cancellations and Refunds:


# Cancellation before shipment.

If the order or the item(s) that you wish to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to us at info@skinfinityderma.com or call us at +91 8076408391 (10am-6pm Wed-Mon). In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 3 business working days after the cancellation request has been processed by us.

# Cancellation post-shipment

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with us at support@Skinfinityderma.com or call us at +91-8076408391 (10am-6pm Wed-Mon). Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging conditions, we will refund your money within 3 business working days.

**Note:** In case you have cancelled an order which has already been handed over to our delivery partner from our end, we cannot guarantee cancellation, and they still may attempt delivery. In that case, kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.

Return and Exchange Policy

We offer all our customers an easy return policy. Returns can be initiated in case of wrong or damaged product(s) received. In such cases, you can raise a return request of product(s) within 5 business days of receiving the order. We also accept partial returns of the order wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order .

Over all Refund is based on below criteria:

The products must be re-packed in the original packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear and tear. There should be no damage to the outer carton, and the security seal and tags should be intact. If the product received has an expiry date of 6 months from the date of delivery, it will not be exchanged unless the product received is wrong/damaged/broken.

Return or Exchange Process

Please get in touch with us at support@Skinfinityderma.com or call us at +91-8076408391 (10am-6pm Wed-Mon) to raise the return request within 5 days of receiving your order. You will be requested to provide us with your order ID and email the images and videos of the product(s) with their batch numbers if you wish to return your product(s). Additional Information

You can expect the receipt of your exchange within 5-7 days. ₹ 150 will be charged as shipping and pickup charges in case of an exchange. ₹ 300 will be deducted from the total refund amount in case of returns of non-damaged and correct products. Lost or damaged returns are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for an exchange. All exchanges will be processed only through cash-on-delivery. Skinfinity derma reserves the right to change the policy without any prior notice.
